Q: Can I visit Earth & Sky Dwellings without being a guest?
A: We do offer a guided walking tour of the property. Please click on the tour tab at the top of the page.
Q: Are children allowed?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Although we are all kids at heart, we welcome children of all ages. We ask that our quiet hours, after 9:00 p.m., are observed.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We now have 4 pet friendly home, The Perch, Crater, Max & Prism of Paws. In all other houses, there is a strict no pet policy.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.
Q: Can I check in before 4 pm?
A: Due to this being high volume rentals and the care we take between each guest, we ask that you do not show up on the property before 4 pm.
Q: Is there a nightly minimum?
A: There is a 2-night minimum on the weekends (Friday & Saturday). Single nights can be booked during the week.
Q: Are any of the dwellings wheelchair accessible?
A: "The Perch" is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and a ramp for entry.
Q: Is there heat and A/C?
A: Yes, each house has both heat and A/C.
Q: Can I get married on the property?
A: Yes, we do offer wedding packages. Please click "Weddings" at the top of this page for more details.
Q: Are you open year-round?
A: Yes we are!!
Q: Do the dwellings have a bathroom?
A: Yes, each is fully plumbed with a 3-piece bathroom (toilet, sink and shower with hot water!) Some houses also have a half bath.
Q: Does the Sanctuary sway in the wind?
A: Yes, the treehouse does sway when the wind is blowing hard! BUT... Don't worry, it was built and engineered to sway.
Q: Can I rent any of the dwellings for an afternoon?
A: Afternoon rentals are not available; the minimum stay is 1 night.
Q: Can I bring extra people?
A: We ask that you do not bring extra people unless you have spoken with us prior to your booking.
Q: Can a party/event be hosted on the property?
A: Yes, please contact us and we can get you set up with an event package.
Q: What is the cancelation policy?
A: Please understand the cancelation policy of the rate at which you have booked. We understand that life happens, but as a small business, we hope that you understand our need to maintain a consistent cancellation policy. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers expenses from last-minute cancellations of lodging and transportation due to flight cancellations, medical, etc. Generali, Travel Guard, Allianz are all affordable options to ensure you’re covered in the event of the unexpected.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: There is no smoking of any kind allowed in our dwellings. Any violators will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property.
Q: Is wifi available?
A: Yes
Q: How close are the dwellings to each other?
A: All of our homes are within walking distance of each other which allows for groups to interact, but located to allow for privacy.
Q: Can I buy a gift certificate?
